Golf at the northernmost 18-hole golf course in the USA! This tour covers all you need for your Alaskan golfing adventure - you don't need to worry about a thing! Tour includes transportation to/from the Midnight Sun Golf Course, green fees, golf cart usage, standard golf clubs, balls, tees, a logo golf ball, a choice of a hat clip, bag tag, or pint glass, and a certificate saying you played at the northernmost golf course in the USA! Midnight Sun Golf Course has food available for purchase and a pro shop, so you can round out your time with great eats and souvenirs to commemorate your time.
Midnight Sun Golf Course is a rustic, truly Alaskan golf course! Our ground is underlain with permafrost, which creates unique and ever-changing lies, hazards, and challenges. Our winters bring 6 months of multiple feet of snow and ice, in addition to temperatures down to -50 degrees fahrenheit! Altogether, these conditions create a beautiful, yet difficult course that is truly for the golfing adventurist!
Special notes: Wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers. Tour operators regardless of weather. Golf course is scenic and can be challening due to climate. Guest must be able to walk and golf on bumpy/uneven terrain and able to step into vehicles. Guests can upgrade to premium golf clubs at an additional cost. Food and beverages are avaialble to purchase at club house. Guests will spend approximately 5 hours at the course. Travel companions who do not wish to golf may request a "ride-along" option over the counter at the guest service desk.
