Discover the Búzios Peninsula by trolley on this tour that takes in 12 beaches and two lookout points. The trolley is completely open, providing you with an unobstructed view. The salty scent of the sea, fresh air and a cooling breeze accompany you as you tour.
Along the way you'll stop for photos at several beaches -- well populated João Fernandes Beach, wild and scenic Brava Beach, and Forno with its pink sand. You'll also pass Criminal Point and Point Lagoinha. The latter is referred to as the Brazilian Himalayas because of its unusual rocky formations and natural pools.
There is plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy a swim at the beach. At the end of the tour you can stay in the downtown area and visit the local stores.
Notes:
Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen and a hat. Your guide will do his/her best to speak English, but please keep in mind that the limited tourism infrastructure of Búzios is part of the city's charm, and bear with any language difficulties he/she may encounter.
