This is truly a bucket-list experience!
The Maya believed that their cavernous cenotes were sacred and used them to communicate with their gods. A cenote is a deep, water-filled sinkhole in limestone that forms a natural pool fed by rainwater and underground rivers.
Swim in two of these incredible caverns and discover stunning natural beauty, impressive rock formations, stalactites and stalagmites, and vivid colors.
Afterward, visit a Mayan village and support its economy after a delicious local lunch .
