If you book a shore excursion through Holland America Line and later find an identical tour offered by a third party at a lower advertised price, you can submit a request up to seven days before your cruise departs. If approved, you’ll receive a non‑refundable onboard credit equal to 110% of the price difference.

How it works:

• Who can submit: Guests with an active Holland America Line cruise booking.

• How to submit a claim: Log in to your booking at hollandamerica.com and complete the Best Price Guarantee form where you normally purchase your excursions.

Eligibility requirements:

• The competitor’s tour must have public pricing and identical details.

• Group shore excursions are excluded from the program.
