You can print your boarding pass after Online Check-In is complete and all required conditions have been met.
The green Print Boarding Pass button will only be available when:
All six sections of Online Check-In have been completed and display a green checkmark
Your final payment was made more than 24 hours ago
Your documents have been processed by Holland America Line
It is fewer than 15 days prior to sailing
Once you’ve completed check in and everything is ready, select the green Print Boarding Pass button to print your boarding pass.
Try the following troubleshooting steps:
Open or Save As
Click the Print Boarding Pass button once, pause, then click once more
If a bar or box appears at the bottom of the screen reading “Save” or “Open,” select Open
If you see “Save” or “Save As,” choose Save As, and the Open option should appear next
Blocked browser pop-up windows
After clicking the Print Boarding Pass button, the screen may display “Loading”
Check the top-right corner of your browser for a small white box with a red X
This indicates a blocked pop-up
Click the box, then select the blue link in the alert to open the boarding pass for printing
Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may resolve some issues
For PC users:
Hold down Ctrl + Shift + Delete
Select Temporary Internet Files and Website Files
Select Cookies and Website Data, then clear
For a Mac (Safari) users:
Click Safari in the Apple menu bar and select Preferences
Open the Privacy tab
Click Remove All Website Data to delete all cookies
To remove specific cookies only, select Details, choose the cookies, then click Remove
Open Safari > Preferences > Advanced
Select Show Develop Menu in Menu Bar
Click Develop in the menu bar and choose Empty Caches
