This half-day island tour by boat takes in the Coral Garden area, where you can enter the water to feed the fish and swim alongside them. You will have approximately 45 minutes to snorkel in the clear water (snorkel mask provided). Guests who prefer not to swim can feed the fish from the boat.
At a nearby beach, a wet landing allows you to wade ashore for some sunbathing and shopping.
Return by boat to the port and the ship.
Notes:
Tour operates sea conditions permitting. Boats used are modified fishing boats with wooden benches that are not padded. Getting in and out of the boat can be a challenge. Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations. There are no changing facilities on the boat. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk. You will have approximately two hours at the beach. Snorkeling takes place from the boat. Limited tourism infrastructure is part of the charm here; you are trading breadth of guide experience for authentic interaction. Please bring your spirit of adventure and bear with any language difficulties or operational surprises that may crop up.
