How do I order beverage packages and cards?
You can order Holland America Line beverage packages and beverage cards by logging in to My Account, opening your cruise booking, and shopping under Food & Beverage, or by calling Ship Services if you prefer to order by phone.
How to order online
Log in to My Account and open your cruise booking.
Select Food & Beverage to browse beverage packages, beverage cards, wine packages, and individual items.
Order by phone by calling Ship Services at 1-800-541-1576.
Complete checkout, and your purchase will be associated with your booking for use on board.
Beverage packages at a glance
Elite Beverage Package: Elite includes the broadest selection, covering drinks priced up to US$16, with a daily limit of 15 alcoholic beverages.
Signature Beverage Package: Signature covers beverages priced up to US$12, with a daily limit of 15 alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks.
Have It All package: Have It All bundles the Signature Beverage Package with other high-value extras, including shore excursions, specialty dining, and Wi-Fi.
Quench Beverage Package: Quench is a non-alcoholic package with a daily limit of 15 non-alcoholic drinks.
Pricing and service charges
Prices shown on the page are per person, per day, and an 18% service charge is automatically applied to beverage purchases and certain other onboard charges (with local sales taxes where required).
Important notes
All adults of legal drinking age booked in the same stateroom must also purchase the package.
Participants may order only one drink at a time, and must be of legal drinking age for the itinerary.
Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and sharing is not permitted.
Purchases from the minibar, honor bar, certain onboard venues and services (including in-room dining and other listed exceptions), and beverages purchased in other specified locations are excluded.
Can I buy a package or gifts for someone else?
Yes, you can order beverage packages, champagne, and other onboard gifts for any eligible guest booked on a Holland America Line cruise.
