How can I confirm my booking?
You can confirm your Holland America cruise booking by signing in to My Account and reviewing your reservation details.
Confirm in My Account
Log in to My Account, find your upcoming cruise, and check the core details:
guest names
the contact information tied to the reservation
sail date
stateroom category
ship name
If everything looks correct, you are confirmed and ready to keep planning.
If you booked with a travel advisor
If a travel advisor was the one to handle your reservation, they can verify the current status and confirm the same booking details with you (including any recent updates that may still be processing). This can be a helpful second set of eyes when changes were requested close together.
If your booking is not showing
It takes 10-15 minutes for your booking to show up in your account when you log in to your account with your email address.
However, you can use your booking number, first and last name and answer one of the validation questions to access your booking immediately.
