This unusual walking tour is a gentle 2½-hour insider's introduction to parts of Dublin well known to the locals — your chance to see a lively part of the city that is a best-kept secret.
Depart the harbor town of Dún Laoghaire and travel 45 minutes to Dublin city. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, you'll take in the history and culture as you sample delicious foods in historical neighborhoods within a stone's throw of the city center.
Meet families that have traded in one spot for generations, and others who have introduced entirely new products to Dublin — all contributing to the modern Irish table.
