Visit the Sanctuary of the Fuensanta — one of the region's most revered religious sanctuaries. Notably, the frescoes of the interior of the dome depict the yearly pilgrimage of the statue of the Virgin.
A drive into the heart of the Old Quarter at Murcia brings you to the 13th-century cathedral. The façade of this building is of Gothic origin with Renaissance, Baroque and Neoclassical additions. Its tower, at 93 meters tall, is the third-tallest bell tower in Spain.
Admire the interior of the late Gothic Velez Chapel and its stone tracery. Step inside the Santa Ana monastery to visit the church and taste some local products provided by the nuns who still reside here.
At the Santa Clara Museum, notice the Islamic, Gothic and Baroque influences.
