Brace yourself for the thrill of a 11-line canopy, zip-line adventure and an eco-walk through amazing hanging bridges. Your day of adventure begins at the pier when you are greeted by your friendly guide.
Your air-conditioned transportation takes you west on a 30-minute transfer. Along the way, you will drive by a couple of towns and villages on the island, and your guide will share important information about the culture, nature, and people of Roatan.
At the South Shore Canopy, gear up and listen to a talk about safety before your adventure begins. The longest run will be 1,300 feet and the highest point is 100 feet. The total course length is about two miles and takes between 60 and 90 minutes to complete.
Enjoy a leisurely walk through the raw jungle of Roatan by going through seven amazing suspension bridges. Keep an eye out for tropical flowers, "Tarzan" vines, birds, lizards, iguanas, and plenty more. For your safety and comfort, there are concrete walkways, wooden stairways, and handrails leading to the seven bridges which take between 30 to 45 minutes to walk through. The reinforced steel cable suspension bridges have a flat 4-foot-wide walking platform and a safety mesh to prevent even your camera from falling! The bridges vary in length from 150 to 200 feet, providing amazing views of the surroundings and perfect photo opportunities.
There’s free time for photos and souvenir shopping before heading back to the pier.
