Upon arrival in the capital, you'll take a panoramic drive past King Boudewijn Stadium and the Centenaire and stop for a short photo session at the Atomium statue.
At the Central Station, disembark for a guided walk through the city. Stroll through the Old Town area and around the Grand Place central square with its Baroque guild houses and ornate Town Hall. Walk through St Hubert Arcade with its myriad of shops and down Butchers' Street, rich with restaurants and cafés. Walk a few more blocks to view the Manneken Pis statue.
Enjoy free time to purchase lunch or for shopping. Items readily found include Belgian chocolates, tapestries, lace, souvenirs and postcards.
Meet up with your guide at the Grand Place, and head back to the motorcoach meeting place. En route back to the ship at Zeebrugge, watch for the Royal Palace and the Basilica of Koekelberg.
