Head into the beautiful Etruscan countryside, far from the bustle of the city but only a short minibus drive from the ship. Your destination? A wonderful Tarquinian farmhouse. Your day? A hands-on experience that is all about making beautiful, traditional pasta with a fun and friendly Italian host.
After a short introduction, you will get started. Spend the next couple of hours learning time-honored regional cooking techniques, savoring aromatic ingredients that come from the surrounding farms, and picking up new skills to create delicious, down-home Italian food with a focus on fresh pasta.
Sit down as a newfound family in the Mediterranean way to devour your fabulous creation. It is accompanied by wine from vines just a stone's throw away, and a dessert also made by you.
