This transfer may suit you if you would like to explore on your own. It consists of a motorcoach ride from the ship to Florence. You will be dropped off at a central location; then, you will walk for about 30 minutes to reach the meeting point. Your coach escort will advise you of the pick-up time for the return journey.
You will have approximately five hours to shop and explore on your own; then, walk with your escort from the meeting point to the coach on the edge of the downtown area.
Notes: Guide service, taxi transfers, entrance fees and lunch are not included in the transfer price. It will be your responsibility to be at the meeting point at the given return time. Travel time to Florence is approximately 1½ hours each way. Most museums are closed on Mondays. Bring local currency, as some vendors do not accept credit cards or US dollars. Tour requires a 35-minute walk back to the transportation at the end.
