Continue to the exclusive Bocelli Alpemare Beach Club in the town of Forte dei Marmi, owned by the family of opera singer Andrea Bocelli. The concierge greets you and you’ll be seated in the Alpemare Restaurant for a delicious three-course lunch and wine pairing. A seafood appetizer is followed by a delicious lunch focused on typical Tuscan seafood. The dishes are paired with a selection of Bocelli wines from the Bocelli family farmhouse in Lajatico. Enjoy some time to relax at the restaurant (beach facilities are not available).
In Pisa, wander through the Piazza dei Miracoli. You will have time to shop or enjoy a gelato (at your own expense), and to admire from the outside the beautiful cathedral, baptistery, and the world-famous Leaning Tower.
Notes:
Wear comfortable walking shoes. Modest attire is required for visiting churches or cathedrals; knees, shoulders and midriffs must be covered; shorts are not allowed. Access to the beach facilities is not included. Alpemare Beach Club closes for the season in October; lunch is served at Officine Bocelli between October and May.
