Participants must be in good health and be competent cyclists; not suitable for beginners. Minimum age is 10 years. Maximum weight is 250 lbs. Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to participate. Ride distance is up to 10 miles. Shade is limited; please dress accordingly. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable sunscreen. Bring bottled water in a small backpack.
