Transfer to Kincaid Park in the forested hills along Cook Inlet. Kincaid Park is one of the largest parks in Anchorage. Allowing you to experience the wild side of Alaska's largest city, it is home to snowshoe hares, bald eagles, black bear and moose.
From here, you'll set out on a leisurely 9.5-mile guided bike ride along Anchorage's famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. There are plenty of opportunities for photos along the way as this bike ride along the coast offers views of five different mountain ranges. En route, your guide will share the natural and human history of Anchorage and the surrounding area. You will visit Earthquake Park and bike through some of the devastation from the 1964 earthquake, still visible more than a half-century later.
Your ride ends at Westchester Lagoon — a waterfowl sanctuary.
