Helmets are provided and must be worn. Prior biking experience is required. The route is primarily downhill or flat, with frequent stops. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a small bag to store your water bottle. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable/reef-safe sunscreen. Guests who are pregnant or have a heart, back or neck condition or mobility limitations are not allowed to participate.
