The volcanic crater has a circumference of 17 miles and is filled with dense pine forests, with some areas reaching almost a half a mile in depth. Travel the same road to San Pedro in Breña Alta to visit a cigar factory. Here you can admire how the cigars are rolled by hand, if you like, purchase them and other local products.
