Sample a selection of three Mount Gay rums, discussing each rum's unique characteristics, distillation processes, and cultural significance.
Now, you're cooking! Step into the Culinary Room, where you are paired with an individual workstation stocked with local ingredients and utensils. With guidance from a culinary host, try your hand at preparing authentic Bajan favorites such as flying fish, green banana, and rum-glazed bread pudding, all while learning about the traditions and tales behind each dish.
