Make your way to the performance at Holland College, just a few blocks from the pier. Your stroll begins at the waterfront and extends north along quaint streets lined with buildings of various domestic architectural styles and functions. Pass the Brass Shop and historic train station (now offices and restaurants) on your way.
Watch a professional performance of the Anne & Gilbert musical based on the Anne of Green Gables series of books by Lucy Maud Montgomery. It is hilarious, full of beautiful songs, and includes some tear-jerking moments. It tells the heartwarming story of one of Canada's greatest heroines and her beau — Anne Shirley and Gilbert Blythe.
Notes:
Tour requires a 30-minute walk from the ship to the theatre and back. Guests arriving after the performance has started will not be permitted entry until intermission. Photography or videotaping is not allowed.
