A short walk from the pier brings you to Bar 1, housed in the historic Building 1. This was the first masonry structure on the island built by the US Navy in the 1850s.
Your surroundings are a Hemingway-inspired oasis — the perfect setting for a skilled mixologist-historian to lead you on a journey through Key West history, intriguingly narrated through the cocktails served.
