Step into a world where Costa Rica's cultural roots and agricultural innovation come to life in a vibrant landscape shaped by history, tradition, and a deep commitment to regenerative farming practices that drive the land and the community.
Transfer to the farm for a warm welcome and a short safety briefing. You're invited to discover how nature, heritage, and innovation harmonize in daily life. Visit the coffee, cacao, banana, and pineapple plantations, where you'll learn how these crops are grown using sustainable and regenerative practices.
Step back in time at the traditional trapiche (sugar mill) to see how sugar cane is processed into sweet treats. Sample fresh guarapo (cane juice) and you'll also meet some very amiable animals up close. There are adorable miniature cows, over-friendly donkeys, curious hens, and proud turkeys. Each animal has a unique personality and plays a role on the farm — there are no hangers-on.
An equestrian show features several horse breeds, including Costa Rican and Creole horses. Skilled riders demonstrate the animals' elegance, agility, and power through a series of maneuvers and field tasks.
Finally, relax with fresh tropical fruit and visit the souvenir shop featuring handmade sweets, artisanal crafts, and local products that support sustainability and community development.
