A short shuttle transfer brings you to Tromsø's city center. Set out on a walking tour with your guide.
Make your way to Europe's northernmost brewery, founded in 1877 by the son of a German migrant. When production was moved to a modern building, the original building was converted into a microbrewery, which you can visit today to learn about its history and products.
Today, the product range of the Mack Brewery includes 18 types of beer — all brewed according to the German Purity Law. Enjoy a tasting of three beers before you return to the ship.
Notes: Tour requires walking about two miles. Terrain includes even and uneven surfaces, cobblestones, and some steps. Minimum age is 18 years. Minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years, with a companion aged 21 years or older. A shuttle service is used for the transfers; guided commentary is not provided during the transfers.
