This accessible Barcelona shore excursion is a wonderful way to experience the must-see highlights of the city. Visit Gaudí's masterpiece La Sagrada Familia, explore the fascinating Gothic Quarter and enjoy a leisurely stroll along Passeig de Gracia.
Start your tour by meeting your tour guide at the Barcelona cruise dock and head out on a short drive to the first stop of your day, Gaudí's masterpiece, La Sagrada Familia. Your knowledgeable tour guide will lead you through the intriguing interior of this Gothic church with an unusual history.
Next, enjoy a leisurely stroll down Passeig de Gracia, one of the major avenues in Barcelona, containing several of the city's (and Gaudí's) most celebrated pieces of architecture. Stop to admire the hub of the city, Plaça Catalunya, peppered with trees, impressive fountains, and historic statues. Have your camera ready for some beautiful photos here.
End your tour with a stroll through the famous Gothic Quarter, unique to Barcelona. You'll leave your vehicle behind to really explore this area's pedestrianized, narrow, winding streets filled with Roman ruins and the Jewish Quarter. While here, you will also see the breathtaking outside visit of the Barcelona Cathedral.
