Brace yourself for the thrill of a 11-line canopy zip-line with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea.
Your air-conditioned transportation takes you west on a 30-minute transfer. Along the way you will drive by a couple of towns and villages on the island, and your guide will share important information about the culture, nature, and people of Roatan.
At the South Shore Canopy, gear up and listen to a talk about safety; then, your adventure begins with a first photo opportunity! The longest run will be 1,300 feet and the highest point is 100 feet. The total course length is about two miles and takes between 60 and 90 minutes to complete.
There is free time for photos and souvenir shopping before heading back to the pier.
Notes:
Wear closed-toe shoes. Bring sunglasses and insect repellent. The zip-line is a double-line system inspected annually by a Professional Vendor Member of the ACCT (Association of Challenge Course Technology) from the USA.
Minimum age is 8. Children must be able to fit in the harness to participate on the tour. Maximum weight is 250. Good physical condition is required.
