The FireWorks Feast takes its name from the 25-foot wood-burning hearth at the heart of your amazing evening. The chefs cook over open flame using the freshest ingredients sourced directly from the Culinary Farm, herb gardens, and trusted local producers across Prince Edward Island.
Begin with time to explore this stunning property at your own pace. Wander through the Greenhouse, take in sweeping views from the Sky Deck, stroll the woodland trails, or explore the Art Forest. Then, gather in the Farmer's Classroom for an engaging introduction to the farm and its regenerative practices, offering a deeper connection to the ingredients you're about to enjoy.
The evening unfolds in the Fire Garden, where live fire cooking stations come to life. Enjoy a selection of seasonal bites, such as smoked salmon, ember-roasted oysters, and tacos, with a lively oyster bar setting the tone for what's to come.
The experience culminates in the FireWorks Feast itself — a thoughtfully curated, ever-changing menu prepared by the Fire Brigade team, reflecting the day's harvest and the rich culinary traditions of PEI.
