Discover Brisbane city and learn about its history on the way to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Lone Pine is the world's first and largest koala sanctuary and is home to 100 species of Australian native wildlife. See the iconic koalas, hand-feed the kangaroos, and discover endemic Australian animals such as Tasmanian devils, echidnas, wombats, and many more.
Enjoy free time at the South Bank Parklands -- a popular destination and entertainment precinct for tourists and locals alike. Take a walk alongside the Brisbane River parkland pathways, take a quick swim at the beach, or ride the Wheel of Brisbane (at your own expense).
Your tour ends with a transfer to Brisbane Airport.
Notes:
This tour is available only to guests whose cruise ends in Brisbane, with flights departing after 4pm (domestic) or 6pm (international). If you have already purchased an airport transfer with your cruise booking, a refund for the transfer will be processed on board the ship, as this excursion automatically includes a transfer. Tour does not operate on holidays. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing if you wish to swim; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk. There may be an opportunity to have a souvenir photograph taken holding a koala (at your own expense and subject to availability); tour departure from the koala sanctuary cannot be changed to accommodate private bookings.
