Did you know that the world-renowned Dunn’s River Falls was once part of a plantation? Visitors flock to the falls to climb and explore, but today, on the opposite side of the falls, you will discover what remains of the original Belmont historical plantation property.
Set out on a hike through history, passing other waterfalls that are just as beautiful as Dunn’s River Falls, albeit less famous. A slightly uphill walk across the plantation ends at the ruins of the Belmont Great House, formerly owned by John Davis but now the property of the Jamaican Government.
Travel by coach to Landmark Plaza for duty-free souvenir shopping .

Tour does not include visiting or climbing Dunn’s River Falls. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable sunscreen. Bring bottled water. Minimum height is 4 feet. Minimum age is 8 years.
