Answer: Holland America Line has made improvements to the plan options, service to the ships, and Wi-Fi access throughout the ship. With the changes we have made we aim to improve guest’s digital experiences compared to prior cruises aboard Holland America Line. This is a direct reflection of listening to guest feedback.
