How do I receive a refund or reimbursement for a credit I have on my onboard statement?
Answer: If you are due a refund or reimbursement from your recent cruise, follow these steps:
During your cruise, expect to receive a letter three days before the end of your sailing informing you about your current credit balance and next steps. Upon settlement of your shipboard folio (typically at the end of the cruise), you will receive an e-mail with a link to redeem your refund. Follow the instructions to redeem your refund:
- Use the last four digits of your booking phone number to verify your identity.
- Choose where and how to collect your refund.
- Review the details and submit.
