You can find your stateroom number anytime by signing in to the My Account page and viewing your itinerary.
If you booked a guarantee stateroom
By purchasing a guarantee stateroom, you are allowing Holland America Line to select your stateroom location. Your assignment may appear at any point before travel, including embarkation day. In exchange for that flexibility, your stateroom could be placed on any deck and may feature a variety of layouts and configurations.
Sometimes the number shows up well ahead of departure, and sometimes it arrives close to sailing. But don’t worry; you’ll have it by embarkation day.
If it is still not assigned on embarkation day
If your guarantee stateroom is not assigned before you arrive at the terminal, our staff at the pier can provide your stateroom number. It happens occasionally, but it’s an easy fix.
