Each Holland America Line ship’s guest capacity is listed on its ship details page which is accessible through our cruise ships page. Our fleet ranges from about 1,432 to 2,668 guests.
To find ship-specific guest capacity
Start with the ship you are considering, then open its ship details page to find the guest capacity in the ship specifications along with stateroom information and deck resources. Our fleet is intentionally “perfectly sized,” spanning smaller vessels as well as gigantic ships that can accommodate thousands of guests.
Double occupancy vs. maximum capacity
Because capacity can be expressed in different ways across the industry, it helps to know what you are looking at.
We measure at “double occupancy,” the standard benchmark and typically the most consistent choice for comparing ships. Double occupancy assumes that every stateroom is housing two individuals.
Maximum occupancy can be higher than double occupancy, depending on how many berths are in multi-guest staterooms.
