Experience the natural beauty and rich heritage of Ibiza on this scenic journey through the island's northern coast and historic capital.
Depart the port and travel to Cala Llonga, one of Ibiza's most picturesque and iconic beaches, for a photo stop. Pause to admire its crescent-shaped bay and capture memorable photos of the stunning Mediterranean coastline.
Continue to the charming town of Santa Eulalia, home to the island's only river. Historically, the river played an important role in Ibiza's agricultural trade, powering flour mills that lined its banks. Here, enjoy a short uphill walk to Puig de Missa, where a fortified 16th-century church stands atop the hill. Built to protect local farmers from pirate attacks, this impressive fortress church offers fascinating insight into the island's past and rewarding views of the surrounding countryside.
After returning to the town center, relax with light refreshments before heading back toward Ibiza Town.
Upon arrival, enjoy a guided walking tour through the heart of the city. Stroll along Passeig de Vara de Rey, the vibrant promenade located just outside the ancient citadel walls. Continue to Portal de Ses Taules, the historic gateway to the UNESCO-listed old town of Dalt Vila, where centuries of history come to life through its impressive architecture and defensive fortifications.
Following your exploration of Ibiza Town, rejoin your coach for the return drive to the pier and your awaiting ship.
Notes:
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes. The walking tour involves paved paths with cobblestones.
