Head to the local spot known as The Camber on the opposite side of Stanley Harbour -- a sheltered picnic area -- where some tastes of the Falklands await. Food and beverages include traditional lamb from the Falklands, locally caught fish, and freshly harvested salads, all complemented by a taste of island-brewed beer and Falklands-distilled gin.
Notes:
Minimum age is 3 years. Dress warmly in layers with a windproof and waterproof outer layer; bring a warm hat, gloves and a scarf. Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair. Minimal walking is required. Participants must be able to (dis)embark the bus with minimal assistance. Terrain includes gravel and uneven surfaces for a short distance. Wear comfortable walking shoes.
