Recommended for single/solo travelers, couples, families, friends, and special-interest groups traveling together. Private vehicles can also be an excellent choice for guests with mobility limitations.

Private vehicles are ordered per vehicle (not per person), so only one person in the party needs to order the vehicle. The price shown is the total cost for the vehicle, driver, and English-speaking guide. Your vehicle can be used only within the city limits of Montevideo. Entrance fees for attractions are not included. In many destinations, the number of vehicles available is extremely limited, so guests are encouraged to secure their private vehicle reservation as early as possible. Cancellation policy: Private vehicle reservations are non-refundable if canceled within three days prior to the start of your cruise. Private vehicle bookings made on board the ship are non-refundable once confirmed.
Mileage Policy for Travel Beyond City Limits: Private vehicles normally operate only within the city limits. For travel beyond this range, additional charges will apply based on the excess mileage. To avoid unexpected fees, please visit the Shore Excursions team in advance to plan your itinerary and obtain a quote. If a quote is not arranged beforehand and the vehicle travels beyond the city limits, additional charges will be applied directly to your onboard account.
