This experience revives one of Cartagena's most legendary traditions — the horse-drawn carriage ride, but now in a modern electric form.
On a panoramic motorcoach drive through the Manga district, watch for elegant mansions and Republican architecture. Take photos from the foot of San Felipe Fortress.
Then, in the historic city center, climb aboard an electric carriage for a 30-minute ride past Cartagena's most beautiful plazas, churches, and streets. Beautifully styled after a classic coach but powered by silent electric motors, the carriage glides through the Old Town with zero emissions and no animals involved. A recorded narration identifies landmarks and provides historical background.
After the ride, a 20-minute guided walking tour introduces you to the Walled City. Then, you'll have some free time to shop, explore, or relax before returning to the ship.

Each electric carriage accommodates up to four guests; parties may be combined. A driver is provided. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up.
