How do I purchase a transfer from or to the airport?
Airport Transfers
Transfers are provided only to and from SeaTac Airport. We do not offer transfers to or from Paine Field.
Pre-Cruise Arrival at SeaTac
If you're arriving before your cruise, you'll be met at the baggage claim carousels by Metro Cruise staff wearing red vests and white shirts. Meet & Greet service is available between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Your pre-cruise transfer details are included in your travel documents.
If you're staying at the Sheraton or Fairmont and arriving after 10:00 p.m., check in with Shuttle Express on Level 3 of the parking garage.
Day of Sailing – Departing from Seattle
If you're sailing from Seattle, go to the podiums across from baggage carousels 8 and 14. Meet & Greet service runs from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and transfers to the Seattle Pier begin at 10:00 a.m.
Day of Sailing – Traveling to Vancouver
If you're heading to Vancouver on sailing day, go to the Cruise Bus Lobby on the first floor of the parking garage, accessible via the orange elevators. Follow signs to the Cruise Bus Lobby and Cruise Bus Terminal.
Check in with the Bus Transfer representative between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. The coach will depart once everyone is accounted for, but no later than 10:00 a.m. Your flight must arrive at SeaTac no later than 9:00 a.m. to make this transfer. If you're not at the departure point by 10:00 a.m., you'll need to arrange your own transportation to Vancouver.
Additional Notes
- Carousel #16 will continue to be staffed until travel documents are updated.
- If you’re arriving via hotel shuttle, you’ll be redirected to the Cruise Lobby.
- SeaTac no longer allows curbside bag claim loading for northbound buses. All transfers now use the Ground Transportation Cruise Bus Terminal Lot.
- If you're arriving on the day of travel, you’ll be met at baggage claim and escorted to the Cruise Lobby.
Transfer Policy
Transfers between airport and pier in Seattle and Vancouver are available only on ship turnaround day.
If you've booked a pre- or post-cruise hotel package, you'll receive:
- Transfer to your hotel in the arrival city
- Transfer to the ship on turnaround day
YVR to SEA Debark Coach
If you’re arriving in Seattle via motorcoach from Vancouver (YVR), your flight must be scheduled no earlier than 4:00 p.m.
Meet & Greet Hours
Meet & Greet staff are available at SeaTac Airport from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you're arriving outside those hours, follow the instructions in your travel documents.
Hotel Transfers
Pre-cruise hotel transfers are available 24/7 via:
- Shuttle Express (Sheraton/Fairmont)
- Courtesy shuttle (Airport Hilton)
