Travel north toward the Valdés Peninsula UNESCO World Heritage Site and hop into a kayak. Glide among the playful South American sea lions that make their home in the sparkling waters off Golfo Nuevo.
As you paddle near Puerto Piramides, you'll be amazed at the welcoming colonies of these adorable creatures, as well as the menagerie of birdlife. You'll also see the rock formation that gave Puerto Piramides its name.
On the return paddle, you'll pause at a beach known for its caves and fossils and enjoy an easy mini-trek with an interpretation of the coastal environment.
