Welcome to Skjolden — a charming town steeped in rich history. An exciting chronological food journey takes you to the cultural and social heart of this charming village.
Fjordstova, in the center of town, serves as a natural meeting point for the community, whatever the season. Taste Norwegian specialties that start with Viking roots and end in the present day. Try rømmegraut (similar to oatmeal), brunost (brown cheese), and other fresh, seasonal samples introduced and explained by your guide.
Shimmering fjords and lofty mountains make a picturesque backdrop. Learn more about the region through your guide's commentary and an audiovisual presentation.

Tour requires 45 minutes of walking. Terrain includes uneven surfaces, improved paths, gravel, and paved areas. The majority of the tour time will be at the Fjordstova venue.
