Thirty miles away lies Lindos town, where you will see from a distance the 4th-century BC Doric Temple of Athena Lindia, high atop the Lindos Acropolis. Below the Acropolis, explore the old, whitewashed buildings and the narrow streets of this charming town — a favorite haunt for artists and writers.
Small shops sell attractive souvenirs, including small ceramic items or beautiful crocheted linen. Free time is allocated for you to explore the town and shop before continuing to a ceramics factory.
