A double treat awaits you in the Belize district exploring the ancient ruins of the Mayas and enjoying wildlife and nature at their best.
Explore the ancient Mayan ruins and climb to the top of one of the largest ceremonial temples at Altun Ha (weather permitting).
Then, take a short drive to the tranquil village of Burrell Boom. There you will enjoy a traditional Belizean lunch made with flavorful local spices at a local restaurant.
Once finished with your meal, enjoy approximately two hours on a riverboat cruise encountering exotic fauna and flora; which may include birds, crocodiles, iguanas, manatees, monkeys, and a variety of orchids, fruit trees and mangroves along the way.
Sit back and relax, or ask your guides any remaining questions on the ride back to the pier, where your adventure comes to an end.
