Can I do laundry and dry cleaning while I’m on a cruise?
Yes, for your comfort and convenience, we offer full laundry and dry cleaning service on each ship in the Holland America Line fleet. You can send your clothing to the laundry on board for a fee. You can send clothing to the laundry on board, and you will find laundry bags and price lists in your stateroom closet.
Note: For safety reasons, travel irons, steamers, and electric water heaters or kettles may not be used in your stateroom.
Service options for most staterooms (excluding Neptune and Pinnacle Suites)
Regular service: Items received by 9 AM are returned the next day
Express service: Items received by 9 AM are returned the same day, and a 50% surcharge applies
Pressing only: No surcharge
Neptune Suite and Pinnacle Suite service
Complimentary laundry service, eco-friendly dry cleaning, and pressing
Laundry items are returned within 24 hours
Laundry packages
Laundry packages are available for purchase on the Holland America Line website for standard voyages
Laundry packages are returned 48 hours after processing
Packages are valid until two days before the end of the cruise
Packages are purchased per room, and laundry may be sent for occupants of that room only
