Online check-in allows you to submit required information in advance and helps expedite your departure day experience.
For convenience and to support a smoother embarkation process, all guests are encouraged to begin online check-in as soon as possible after it becomes available. Completing the process early helps ensure accurate onboard records and reduces delays at the terminal.

For the most accuracy on board your ship, please complete online check-in at least 30 days prior to departure. If you start the process and are unable to finish due to missing or incomplete information, you may return at any time before departure to complete it.
When you complete online check-in, you will receive access to your boarding pass.
To help expedite embarkation:
We recommend not printing your boarding pass until seven days prior to embarkation, allowing time for the boarding barcode to be added to the left side of the document
Keep your boarding pass in a safe place along with your cruise documents
You may also access your digital boarding pass using the Holland America Line Navigator app once online check-in has been completed.
To complete online check-in for each guest, you will need:
Full legal name
Birth date
Passport, visa, or permanent resident card
Home address
Home telephone number
Emergency contact information
Return flight information
Credit card for onboard purchases
