How do I use my HAVE IT ALL shore excursion credit?
Your Have It All shore excursion credit is automatically applied to eligible tours in your shopping cart when booking online pre-cruise, or applied directly to tours booked once onboard.
Important Details:
Credit Amounts:
6–9 day voyages & Alaska Cruisetours: US$100 credit per person.
10–20 day voyages: US$200 credit per person.
21+ day voyages (excl. Grand Voyages & World Cruises): US$300 credit per person.
Terms: Credits are allocated per person, non-transferable between guests, non-refundable, and have no cash value. They cannot be used for airport transfers, shuttles, or non-excursion items (such as Behind the Scenes tours).
Cruisetours: For Alaska Cruisetour Land Excursions, credits must be redeemed prior to sailing.
