Flight Ease is Holland America Line’s air travel booking program that offers a seamless way to bundle flights with your cruise booking. With Flight Ease, travelers can choose either one-way or round-trip fares to fit their itinerary, whether they need flights before or after their cruise—or both. Available within My Account, Flight Ease offers two booking options:
Flexible fares provide travelers with more freedom to adjust their plans. Payment for air travel will be due with your cruise’s final payment. Fare changes or cancellations can be made without fees up until that date, as long as early ticketing hasn’t been requested. After the cruise final payment due date, fees up to the full cost of the ticket may apply.
Restricted fares typically offer lower rates but are designed for travelers with set plans. These fares require full payment at the time of booking, and any changes or cancellations will result in cancellation fees up to the full cost of the ticket. Restricted Fares are non-refundable.

Late arrival protection: If airline or cruise delays cause you to miss embarkation or your return flight, Holland America will arrange alternative flights to help you join the cruise at the next port or return home, at no extra cost.

You can book with Flight Ease once your cruise booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid. Flights can be booked as early as 330 days before the end of your cruise and up to 4 days before your cruise departure, depending on availability. You can search, select, and book flights that align with your itinerary through My Account or by contacting a Personal Cruise Consultant.
Hotels are not included with Flight Ease. However, Holland America Line offers the option to book hotel stays before and after your cruise. We recommend you plan your hotel stay prior to selecting flights to ensure a smooth travel experience. If you book your hotel through Holland America, transfers between the airport, hotel, and ship are included for added convenience. You can book hotels through My Account or by contacting a Personal Cruise Consultant.
