The medical center will issue you an itemized receipt for any services rendered, and a summary of your medical record that may be submitted for reimbursement to your health or travel insurance. We are unable to directly bill your insurance plan. As our ships are not registered as a medical provider in the United States, the following information is not available:
Doctor’s tax ID, National Provider Identification, Social Security Number, Medicare Provider Number (MPN) or DEA number.
CPT codes, RVS Coded 1500 Forms, UB92 Forms, 40-1 Forms or any other health provider coding or forms.
Guests can also purchase several over the counter (OTC) medications and supplies from the medical center or shops onboard.
