Are there wedding guest limits for shipboard and shore-side ceremonies?

You may bring guests to shipboard and shore-side wedding ceremonies. Guest limits depend on your ceremony type and venue capacity.

Guest limits by ceremony type

Shipboard ceremonies (general):

The maximum number of guests depends on the capacity of the venue.

Shipboard ceremonies on embarkation day (first day of sailing at the port of embarkation):

  • Total guest allotment: Up to 150 total guests.

  • Non-sailing guests: Up to 100 of the 150 total guests may be non-sailing guests who attend the ceremony and depart the ship before it sets sail.

Shore-side ceremonies:

  • You may add guests, but capacity may be limited depending on the location.

Notes

  • Additional transportation, entrance, and site fees will apply.

  • Contact your wedding coordinator for specifics based on your venue and location.
