A Journey Through Hawaiian Storytelling: Allow yourself to be captivated by 'Auana — Cirque du Soleil's exclusive new production in Honolulu. Inspired by the beauty and spirit of Hawaii, this unforgettable live performance blends thrilling acrobatics, heartwarming comedy, mesmerizing hula, and soul-stirring music. Featuring both international and local talent, 'Auana unfolds across eight enchanting chapters, each based on a specific Hawaiian legend or moment in history.
'Auana means "to wander" or "to journey" — a fitting name for a show that guides you through Hawaii's storytelling traditions and recorded history.
This one-of-a-kind performance takes place at the custom-designed Outrigger Theater inside the Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel. Your evening begins with a short 20-minute transfer. Upon arrival at the theater, you'll have approximately 40 minutes to get checked in and settled before the show starts. The performance runs for 1½ hours and offers a breathtaking journey into Hawaii's culture through captivating artistry. After the show, a 30-minute transfer returns you to the ship.
Notes:
Tour requires walking a short distance from the bus drop-off to the theater entrance, located within the hotel, and standing during check-in. The theater is air-conditioned; bring a light sweater. No outside food or drink allowed inside the venue. Wear smart-casual attire. Security checks may be conducted at the entrance. Tour does not operate on Mondays, Tuesdays or holidays.
