Depart the pier for the approximately 1¾ hour drive to Sibuya Game Reserve.
Sibuya, one of South Africa’s most unique Safari destinations, has more navigable river than any other game reserve in South Africa. This breathtakingly beautiful game reserve is sanctuary to an abundance of diverse wildlife from elephants to otters, and almost everything in between, including the Big Five and nearly 400 different bird species. Sibuya supports one of the highest densities of wildlife in South Africa ensuring an intensive and varied game-viewing experience in spectacular surroundings.
Upon arrival at Sibuya, make your way down to the river where a riverboat will take you on an approximately 45-minute cruise to Forest Camp where you will disembark the boat and board your awaiting 4x4 vehicles for a 3-hour game drive.
On completion of your game drive, enjoy lunch at Forest Camp before reboarding your river cruise back to reception where you coach awaits you for your transfer back to the pier.

Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Daytime temperatures can be very hot. Shade is limited; please dress accordingly. Bring a hat and wear biodegradable sunscreen. The game drive vehicles are not covered; guests are exposed to the elements. Bring binoculars. Participants are not permitted to use cell phones on or during the game drives or to speak loudly or stand up on the game drive vehicles, as this will disturb the animals. Smoking and food are not permitted during the game drives. Minimum age is 6 years. Bring local currency, as many vendors do not accept credit cards or US dollars. Ride will be bumpy. Guests with back or neck problems are not allowed to participate. Guests with mobility limitations may encounter difficulties getting into and out of the open vehicles.
